Section 1 — Your Details
Section 2 — Accommodation
We encourage attendees to stay onsite at Edgewood Tahoe, where the Dialogues will take place. There are a small number of rooms remaining in our hotel block, so please do book as soon as convenient if you have not already.
Staying onsite keeps you close to all sessions, dinners, and informal conversations throughout the Dialogues.
To book, contact Edgewood directly and reference the Digital Risk Dialogues group at the group rate:
If you have any questions, please contact Mili at mili@architect.markets.
If you intend to stay elsewhere, please share your accommodation details so we can coordinate local timings and transportation where relevant.
Getting to Edgewood
Recommended airport
We recommend flying into Reno-Tahoe International (RNO) wherever possible. The drive from RNO to Edgewood is about 45 minutes and very scenic. This is where most commercial arrivals and airport transfers will run.
Private aviation
For private or charter arrivals, the closest option is Lake Tahoe Airport (TVL / KTVL) in South Lake Tahoe. Edgewood describes Lake Tahoe Airport as a convenient 25-minute drive from the resort, and the airport serves general aviation in the region.
Lake Tahoe Airport sits at high elevation, and aircraft operators should confirm suitability, routing, weather, parking, fuel, and handling directly with their flight department or FBO. Mountain West Aviation lists the airfield elevation at approximately 6,264 ft with an 8,544 ft runway.
For larger aircraft, weather contingencies, or operators who prefer a major airport environment, RNO remains the most straightforward option. Reno-Tahoe International has full-service general aviation / FBO services, including Atlantic Aviation.
Alternative airports to RNO
TL;DR: for many attendees, RNO is likely worth the extra layover.
Once you arrive
Ubers and ride-sharing apps are available at RNO. For airport transfers, you can also book directly with Reno-Tahoe Limo — a recommended local provider:
Despite the name, transfers are in SUVs or Sprinter-style vans, not actual limos. Book early, especially for weekend arrivals.
Where You’ll Be Staying
All sessions and meals take place at the stunning Edgewood Tahoe. We recommend staying onsite.
There are a small number of rooms remaining in our hotel block, so please do book as soon as convenient if you have not already. To book, contact Edgewood directly and reference the Digital Risk Dialogues group:

Activities at Edgewood
If you indicated interest in Golf or the Spa when you registered, we’ll be in touch separately to coordinate your reservation.
Bookings fill up early in July, so we’d encourage you to confirm with us as soon as you have a preferred time.
You can see the full list of facilities available at Edgewood here.
Food and Drink During the Programme
All meals from Monday evening through Wednesday morning are provided as part of the Dialogues. You don’t need to plan or book anything.
Dietary requirements you submitted with your RSVP are already on file with our team and with Edgewood. If anything has changed, please let us know by Monday 13 July.
Practicalities
Weather
Lake Tahoe in late July: warm sunny days (low 80s°F / 27°C), cool evenings (50s°F / 12°C). The Monday welcome drinks are outdoors at the firepit, so bring a light layer for the evenings.
Connectivity
High-Speed Wifi is provided throughout the resort and in all session spaces.
Light Reading, Before You Arrive
There is no required pre-reading. However, we encourage you to spend some time reflecting on the risk domain areas of the Dialogues:
The roundtables for Tuesday’s Working Group discussions will be organised around four framing questions relevant to each of the risk areas.
The four framing questions
A full Participant Brief will be shared shortly before the event.
If You Need Anything
Two contacts to keep close. For anything else, please don’t hesitate to ask.
We look forward to welcoming you to Digital Risk Dialogues.
